This project focused on designing a modern CRM and workforce management platform built to help businesses manage customers, employees, scheduling, communication, and daily operations from a single interface.
Our goal was to simplify complex workflows, improve usability, and create a scalable product experience that could support future growth. In addition to UX and UI design, we helped refine product positioning, develop marketing materials, and create launch-ready assets that made the platform easier to understand, present, and sell.
